Why Denmark Demo Day?

Innovation Fund Denmark and The Danish Growth Fund being the Danish state’s soft funding entity and investment fund respectively have joined forces with the startup ecosystem platform in the Danish Design Centre to create Denmark Demo Day. With the support of some of the most significant local VCs, we aim to create value for the international investor community and ultimately the Danish startup ecosystem and Danish society overall. .

We believe

that Europe lacks a gathering for the younger investors or the young VCs. To connect, exchange war stories and share knowledge.

We believe

Danish tech startups are not on the radar of international top-VC firms early enough.

We believe

there is a big and growing number of tech startups in the local ecosystem that could become the next growth comets if they got access to the know-how, network and support of top-investors earlier.

We believe

neither Danish nor international investors want to miss out on the next generation of unicorns currently in the making here.
